At Happy Custom Shirt, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom-designed apparel. As our products are made to order, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Custom Orders

Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are personalized, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please make sure to double-check your order details (size, design, and shipping address) before submitting your purchase to avoid any issues.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will ask you to provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will happily send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or missing from your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund for the missing product.

4. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Process

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly due to the nature of custom production. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been confirmed and is in production. Please carefully review your order before placing it.

9. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are returning an item, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
